The Valley Roots Food Hub leases out a Commissary Commercial Kitchen that is licensed through the Alamosa County Public Health Department and the  Colorado Department of Public Health.  The kitchen is available for local people to produce value-added food products that can be distributed through the Valley Roots Food Hub, or sold at farmer's markets or other outlets.  The kitchen leased on a per hour or per month basis.  Dry storage, refrigerator, and freezer space included.
