"The industry's not stupid. The industry knows that if those foods are labeled 'genetically engineered', the public will shy away and won't take them." -Jeremy Rifkin Greetings CSA folks,
The spring seems like it's upon us as the mountains receive a good dose of snow this past weekend to help fill the valley's river, ditches, and aquifer for the upcoming season. We are so blessed to have mountains to store the snow, an aquifer to store the water, and so many hard working businesses and individuals who are dedicated to producing super high quality food. Colorado agriculture finds its crème de la crème in the San Luis Valley and Valley Roots is privileged and honored to offer this cornucopia to regional families. We are looking forward to this year's Fresh Box program and want to notify you that registration is open!
