Summer Fresh Box CSA 2021 Pre-Orders Launch May 1st!
Our pride & joy of the CSA season is almost here! To newcomers, CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Origins of the CSA started with community members supporting small farms at the beginning of the season by paying a fee upfront and getting a share of the harvest each week throughout the season. This means, when a crop fails for a farmer, they are not out and dry, and when the crops are following, YOU reap those benefits too.
We are unique in the CSA realm, as we are a multi-farm CSA, sourcing from the farmers in our Food Hub network and beyond! Each week you can expect a variety of produce and what we call a "cracker-jack" item (honey, salsa, quinoa, etc.)! Shares are $450, due at the beginning of the season, and this breaks down to $35 worth of produce each week.
Fresh Produce All Summer Long: One-Time Purchase!
A LOT of work goes into the planning, preparation, weekly aggregation, and distribution of the Summer Fresh Box each week. Therefore, it is imperative that if you choose to reap the joy of the fresh box, that you stick with us for the duration of the 13 weeks! It is very difficult finding replacements for shares mid-way through the season. If you happen to be on vacation one of the weeks, we hear friends and neighbors enjoy the surprise or we'd be happy to find a family in need who would benefit from the box.
Shares are limited so pre-order as soon as possible! We are so excited to have you along for the ride this summer, and to curate a bouquet of the freshest quality produce for you and your families throughout the 2021 season! Questions? Reach out to email@example.com
