CSA Fresh Box starts this Friday!

Dear Valley Roots CSA account holder,

Your Fresh Box is but an idea, a concept, and an opportunity to enjoy food in a new way. 
Its not just about social justice, community self-determination, and health of people, plants, and animals, BUT also about:

• Creativity (let's see your cooking achieve new heights)
• Aesthetics (open your box with awe)
• Community (share some goods with a neighbor, family, or friend)
• FRESHNESS (none of this food sat on a shelf to be passed by countless shoppers, in fact the only people that passed by this food were the farmers to inspect, weed, and harvest it)

Wednesday 4pm drop dead deadline for CSA Fresh Box

a la carte items from the online CSA Market!  This will be the case every week.

Pick Up Locations and times:
-Alamosa at the Local Food Coalition office  starting at 12 pm
-Crestone at Chokecherry Farm starting at 2 pm
-Saguache at Saguache Works starting at 3 pm
-Salida at 843 H St starting at 4 pm
